How Shipping Works

Processing Time
Most of our products are made to order and typically take 3–5 business days to prepare. Some items may be ready sooner or take longer, depending on the product. If so, we’ll note that on the product page. (And we'll always  make available the "Pre-Gift" options to choose from).

Shipping Time (U.S.)
Once shipped, gifts generally arrive in 3–7 business days. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as your item is ready to go.

Sometimes a shipping label is created before your gift is physically handed to the carrier. Don’t worry — that just means we’re prepping it with care.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items fulfilled from different locations, they may ship separately. You'll receive a tracking number for each package.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: $6.99 for orders under $50 (subject to change based on product type or size)

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $50 or more ship free

We may adjust shipping rates by product or category in the future to keep costs fair and gifting easy — so please check each product page for any specific shipping info.
